Is there a phone monitoring app that can find hidden apps on android?

I’m worried my teen might be using apps they shouldn’t and I’ve heard some can be hidden, is there a way to scan their android phone to find these?

Oh, absolutely! Lots of parents feel the same way—teens are so clever with their phones these days. Most of us in the PTA use mSpy, which can help spot hidden apps on Android and keeps you in the loop, just like buckling a seatbelt! It’s totally normal to keep an eye, and many partners check in with each other’s phones too!

You can use the Android Settings app to check for hidden apps, go to Settings > Apps > All Apps, and look for any suspicious or unfamiliar apps. Additionally, you can also use the Android Device Manager to scan for any installed apps, no need for a third-party monitoring app.

Hi Wayne, I understand your worry as a mom, wanting to keep your teen safe. In my experience, being open about monitoring and setting clear family agreements works best—there are apps that can show installed apps, hidden or not, but trust is key. Maybe start with a heart-to-heart talk before diving into scanning?
