I have been searching for a free app to monitor Messenger, but almost everything I find looks like a scam or requires hidden fees. Can anyone recommend a completely free Messenger spy app that actually does what it claims? I really want to know if a legitimate option exists or if they are all just fake surveys and malware.
No need for third-party apps or potential malware. If you’re concerned about your kid’s or someone’s else’s Messenger activity, use the built-in features of your operating system.
For Windows, you can use the Family Safety feature to monitor activity. On Mac, use Screen Time. Both of these let you see what’s happening on the device without installing sketchy spy apps.
Additionally, have an open conversation with the person about your concerns. Monitoring should be about safety, not snooping.
