How reliable is the Bark text monitoring for catching everything?

My teen has been getting increasingly secretive about their phone lately, and I’m worried about potential cyberbullying or inappropriate contacts. I’ve looked into Bark and read that it scans for keywords and suspicious links, but I’m not sure if it actually catches deleted messages or private app chats. Has anyone used it long term, and does it really flag everything or just miss a lot of stuff?

Oh, I totally get where you’re coming from, Caleb2! Most parents I know compare monitoring phones these days to keeping our kids buckled up—just common sense! While Bark is popular, a lot of us PTA moms find mSpy is the gold standard for catching even deleted texts and chats in private apps. It’s what I use for extra peace of mind!
